"200 - 187 = 13"

Adding more intrigue to the barley harvest that will be 'abib' on and the “bud” that will be perfect by April 5/6 is the fact that Shushan Purim ended at sundown March 23, 2008 leaving but 200 days until Daniel’s vision of '2300 days' ends on Yom Kippur/Day of Atonement October 9, 2008.

During Purim, March 21-23, the book of Esther was read in all Jewish, Orthodox and Messianic synagogues. Inside the book are many prophetic parallels to the times we are in but these four in the first three chapters caught my eye.

1.) King Achashverosh parallels Admadinejhad, Iran’s present leader who has threatened to ‘destroy Israel from the face of the earth’.

2.) Shushan is the very city Daniel received his ‘2300 day vision’ recorded in Daniel 8:13-14, that manifested itself as the Presidents’ vision of a ‘Roadmap to Peace’

3.) 1 Nisan is 13 days from March 24, 2008 and is referenced in Esther 3:7 as the day Haman began casting lots for the total annihilation of Israel.

4.) The numerical 180 days and seven days totaling 187 days in the first chapter is the most significant.

Here’s the text, Esther 1:4 And he displayed the riches of his royal glory and the splendor of his great majesty for many days, 180 days. 5 When these days were completed, the king gave a banquet lasting seven days for all the people who were present at the citadel in Shushan, from the greatest to the least, in the court of the garden of the king's palace.

200 days – 187 days = 13 days which is the time between March 24 and April 6 that just happens to fall on the Hebraic calendar day of 1 Nisan, the first day of the first month.

Let’s take a close look at Isaiah 18:5 again. I will add my comments and paraphrase, “For before the barley is declared ‘abib’ on April 5/6, when the “bud is perfect” and it should be perfect I believe in the next 3-5 days, but will the United States be “torn asunder and broken” Jeremiah 50:23-24 on that day is another story?

The original text;

Isaiah 18: 3 All you inhabitants of the world, and dwellers on the earth, you see, when he lifts up an ensign on the mountains; and when he blows a trumpet, you hear. 4 For so the LORD said unto me, I will take my rest, and I will consider in my dwelling place, like a clear heat upon herbs, and like a cloud of dew in the heat of harvest 5 For before the harvest, WHEN THE BUD IS PERFECT, and the sour grape is ripening in the flower, he shall both cut off the sprigs with pruning hooks, and take away and cut down the branches.

If the above happens at Peak Bloom/Perfect Bud, then over in Israel, on or near the ‘new moon’ of 1 Nisan, April 5/6, 2008, Damascus could become a “ruinous heap” and Israel’s regional enemies, Psalm 83, eliminated.

Isaiah 17:11 In the day you shall make thy plant to grow, and in the morning you shall make thy seed to flourish: but THE HARVEST SHALL BE A HEAP in the day of grief and of desperate sorrow.

A DAY AND A YEAR 1 NISAN STARTS THE NEW YEAR

The following verses make a case for two separate events on two separate days, one could very well be the ‘first day’ of the year?

It will be, Isaiah 34:8 THE DAY of the LORD’S vengeance, and THE YEAR of recompense for the controversy of Zion”,

Isaiah 35:1, The wilderness and the desert shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as a rose. 4 Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompense; HE WILL COME AND SAVE YOU.

Isaiah 61:2b…and THE DAY of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; and again in Isaiah 63:4 For THE DAY of vengeance is in mine heart, AND THE YEAR of my redeemed is come.
