I read Newton's discourse on Daniel 9 a year or so ago.  Since then, I have also discovered that Richard McGough, author of the Bible Wheel site also believes that Daniel's 70th week ended in 70 A.D.  Not only that, but he believes that all prophecy was fulfilled at that time, although he does leave a little elbow room for the consummation--maybe.
