I understand how you and others could be perplexed about what to do.
When the time comes that paper money becomes worthless, then obviously being concerned about withdrawing it from the bank will also become a worthless and mindless thing to give any thought to.
But we are not quite there yet, and the Dollar is still worth something, and it can still buy things.
And as they say, when the banks close, all that you will have is what is physically in your hands.
And to have your hands on your money now, and buy many things  that might be needed later, when and if those items becomes unavailable later is still a viable option, still available.
Example: extra toilet paper, extra batteries of the sizes that you most use, matches, soap, etc.
As diesel fuel prices go higher, fewer trucks will run (that is already the case), and many items like those above and others will become more scarce, and even impossible to get ahold of.
 
When the Dollar becomes worthless, then the new Amero will be rolled out I assume.
And if it isn't then the Gold and Silver coins will become king.
But I have never bought any, because I expect that owning Gold will probably become outlawed, and maybe even pure Silver; meaning that holders of them becomes criminals.
What I do though is save all of my loose change, and no longer exchange my coins for paper money.
 
But as things stands now, we need to do what we can still do.
I keep hearing stories about banks here and there already giving their customers trouble, who are trying to withdraw all or most, or even some of their money.
I have heard of bank employees talking about how the government has given banks secret plans on how and what to do, when bank runs and bank holidays do happen.
One thing will be to limit how much a person can withdraw in a given month--and that amount isn't too very much at all, less than 500 dollars if that..
Better to take as much out now while you still can; the time will come when it won't be possible.
And that time frame is shortening more every day and very week.
As the U.S. financial system becomes more shaky, so will banks unwillingness to depart with their customers funds--the stories are out there everywhere even now.
Having large amounts of money in the bank anymore just for the sake of drawing a little interest may not be that smart anymore,
People should be buying and stocking items they eat or use a lot of,  while they still have   their money to do that, and while those items are still around to buy.
A run on store selves will empty out stores quickly, and even now there are not a large stock of anything kept in stores; it's all now mostly a deliver "just in time" stock inventory situation.
 
But until the time comes that we would no longer have any control over what we can do now, we still need to follow the biblical principle of working to store up for whats ahead.
Much the same way that Joseph did in Egypt, when they stored up all the grain that they could, while they could, during the bountiful years, for the times of lean years.
 
When Al Cuppet's Dream, or Night Vision, or nightmare, or whatever that was that you linked to, does come to pass, and it will, then all bets about all of this will then be off the table.
Then all of those things that you outlined will begin to be seen everywhere.
We need to Pray that we really will be GONE ahead of that.
As of right now, I have to say 50/50.
Obviously those times will be the time period when the antichrist rises to power, and those NWO military operatives seen in Cuppet's Night Vision, sounds like they are demon possessed, or mind controlled, or brain washed, or all three.
And many of them may not be fully human.
 More likely half breeds with aliens, soul-less clones, as well as just flatout agnostic and atheist humans sold out to satan and his NWO.
 
Dimitri Duduman had one Dream that has always stuck out in my minds about those days, and how there will be two types of Christians around then.
One small; group living in total Faith and being strong in that Faith, and having a Divine angelic hedge around them for their protection, so that nothing and nobody will harm them.
Because preparing in good times for bad times is a Kingdom Principle, I think that there is Faith involved in there as well.
 
The other group, making up a much larger group, and not relying on the Lord God, but being a worldly lukewarm group and relying on their own selves, while being weak and shallow in the Faith.
They have no Divine angelic hedge around them for protection
These people are basically dog meat for satans forces, and are the ones Cuppet saw in his Night Vision.
