My Lord God

I have no idea where I am going

I cannot see the road ahead of me and I do not know for certain where it will end

Nor do I know myself

And the fact that I think I am following your will does not mean that I am actually doing so

But i believe that desire to love as Christ has loved does, in fact, please you

I hope I have that desire in all that I am doing

I hope that I will never do anything apart from that desire

And I know that if I do this, you will lead me by the right road through I may know nothing about it

Therefore will I trust you always

For I may seem to be lost, in the shadow of death, I will not fear

For you are ever with me, and you will never let me face my perils alone

                                                                                                         Amen !!!

this is a very powerful prayer for those of you who's lives are currently going thru a wilderness experience. Has the bottom dropped out from under you, are you searching for the meaning and purpose for the pain in your life ? Is your life in a dark tunnel and you can't see the light at the end of the tunnel yet ? Then pray this prayer daily, and your Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will be with you. He has promised never to leave you nor forsake you. Trust Him to guide you back into the light !!!
