"Who is Jesus telling the end of the age parables to?"

The disciples ask Jesus what would be the sign of his coming at the end of the age and when would they happen in Math 24.
Jesus gives the well known scenario, and all the warnings his disciples must heed.

In vs 42 he tells them to keep watch. In vs 44 he tells them to be ready.
Who is he telling to watch and be ready?
The disciples are being told this.
Are you his disciple?

Ch 25 he tells his disciple parables, story examples of what it will be like at his return.
The kingdom of heaven is like....Ten virgins.
Are his disciples 10 virgins literally?
No, many of his disciples we know had wives.
Are his adult disciples today all virgins?
No, but we are like 10 virgins awaiting the groom aren't we.

If you consider yourself a disciple, then these parables are for you, you need to understand and heed them.

If you are not his disciple you can not understand these parables, but it is a warning of what will happen to you if you continue to ignore Jesus.
