The spewing out of the mouth will happen at the rapture. Then there will be true repentance or outright rebellion. Some teaching today would make you believe that everyone who ever said the sinners prayer will be ruptured, that everything else that requires obedience is just works. Not so. Read what happens to the luke warm church and the others who do not keep their wedding gowns clean. Those are not just empty words that you can skirt around. Jesus says prepare that we would not be caught unaware. To prepare we devote ourselves to him and allow him to have his way in our lives. If we only partially yield to him that means we only partially know him, we have a divided heart, we are luke warm.
 
If you are in the spirit, if your spirit is sensitive to what God is saying your can easily see that this old world is decaying. A beguiling spirit is given off by the decay, it will draw those who are not paying close attention to Christ away off the path. Jesus says my house is house of prayer. But that seems too hard for many Christians. Too many things draw our time away from praying in the spirit. So the floods are coming and the quakes are coming and the earth shakes because of what the people are doing. God is trying to get our attention. He is trying to get us back to him. He wants us to be ready, he will not accept a luke warm bride.
