"When will the population reach 6,666,666,666 ???"

Jim Bramlett's post yesterday- "Population of the earth near 6.66 billion"- got me wondering.  When will the population of the earth reach 6,666,666,666?  I doubt if this following verse from Rev. 13:18 pertains to any of this, but it did come to mind.
"This calls for wisdom. If anyone has insight, let him calculate the number of the beast, for it is man's number.  His number is 666."  (which is now-or very soon will be-the first three numbers in our populations total)
I checked a website called World Clock at: http://www.poodwaddle.com/worldclock.swf - and their counter on March 21st at 9PM was at: 6,660,984,000 (approx. 4.25 people born each second)  And the website from Princeton University that Jim was using at: http://opr.princeton.edu/popclock/ - was at: 6,658,250,000 - (with approx. 4 people born each second)  A difference of only 2,734,000.
A quick calculation showed that the number 6,666,666,666 will be reached on approx. April 4th or April 13th, 2008, respectively, on those two sites.
With approx. 360,000 people born each day, and 150,000 that die, that means 210,000 are added to the population total each and every day.

A very disturbing thing for me to watch on the World Clock website - as they also show many other counters as well, such as: acres of forest lost, barrels of oil pumped, species extinct, marriages, divorces, etc. - is one that cries out very loudly, and which I believe confirms why the Lord can tarry no longer, that He is even at the door.... is the "abortion" counter.  I got chills as I watched it clicking on and on, ever higher.  When the number of abortions, over 125,000 per day (and I personally believe it is much, much higher than that) are almost equal to, if not exceeding, the total number of all other deaths on this planet combined.... what a sad and pitiful state our nation and the world at large are in at this very moment in time.  The clock is ticking... and is soon running out on all such wickedness.
Thank God we know how the Book ends.
How we long for our Lord's return,
