Please keep my son Darren in your prayers.  He is almost 37 yrs. old and overweight.  Yesterday he told me that his blood pressure is 210/100 which is a very severe stage 4 of hypertension which means an increased risk for a heart attack, stroke, kidney disease, death.   He also still has a high cholesterol problem.  He told the doctor that he does not want to take medication for high blood pressure or cholesterol, and wants to bring down his high blood pressure, his weight, and high cholesterol through a proper diet and exercise.  He won't even take vitamin supplements.  Darren is saved, but I would appreciate very much your prayers for him.  Thank you.
