I was so touched by the letter you wrote to Glenn Hall that I wanted to quickly respond with some advice: The Bible says "My people perish for lack of knowledge" and ""If you will cry out for discernment and lift up your voice for understanding, if you seek her as silver and search for her as hidden treasures, then you will understand the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God." Proverbs 2:3-5. Dear one, it is up to you to seek out the truth and Jesus says when you seek Him you will find Him. May I say that you will not always find the truth on the internet, on great websites like the 5 Doves, or any other source outside of the teaching you get straight from the Word of God. If you do not understand what the Word is saying, then seek out the counsel of your pastor. If you do not have a pastor then that is your second very important task in order to answer your questions. You need to go to a church where the Word of God is preached and hook up with a sister in Christ who is mature in the faith (since you are a female you need to have another female as a mentor) but you can certainly ask your pastor initially to help answer some of your questions and give you peace of mind. Most importantly ask the Lord! He will show you in His word and comfort you. If you love and serve Jesus and he is your Lord and Saviour, if you live a holy life before Him, if you love and serve the body of Christ and are waiting eagerly for His return, then when the rapture of the Bride happens you will be "caught up to forever be with the Lord" 1Thess. 4 :16-18. Verse 18 ends with "Therefore comfort one another with these words." The blessed hope we have is to meet the Lord and forever be with him. You will be certainly mislead if you base your faith on someone else's interpretation of God's word and God will hold YOU accountable for what you allow yourself to believe. Guard your heart, dig into God's word, go to church and sit under annointed teaching of the word of God and ask our precious Holy Father in the name of Jesus to show you the truth you are seeking. That is the Holy Spirit's job and he loves to do it!
