Tony Blair argued that by improving the Palestinian security capability for Israel on the one hand and easing the burden of Israeli occupation on the other, both Israeli and Palestinian leaders can pass "the minimum credibility threshold" to persuade their peoples that a "two-state" solution is viable.
Blair warned that time is running out. "We need to be aware of the fact that we are racing against time." he said adding there must be visible results by May - when U.S. president Bush is scheduled to be back in the Mideast- if there is to be an Israeli-Palestinian peace agreement by the end of this year.
"But if things stay as they are then it will be extremely difficult for a negotiation about two states to succeed, because to the people it will seem that the negotiation is taking place divorced from the reality of the lives they are leading," Blair added.

The rapture is a blessed hope to the Christian. Watching for and expecting the rapture is a blessed hope that encourages a person to stay close to the Lord. A person watching daily for the rapture will go on with life but be constantly looking for the return of the Lord each day. This blessed hope also has a purifying effect.
