I will pray for your sister's healing.  But I would also get a second opinion from a good Chiropractor, if you haven't already.  A man once was deaf all his life.....and then got a chiropractic adjustment, which not only eased his back pain, but it also gave him back his hearing!  This is the truth!  One's spine carries ALL the information back and forth between the brain and every organ and tissue in your body.  If a disk is out of alignment, it cuts off vital nerve information to and from the brain.  Many people suffer needlessly from various organ disorders that can be completely healed with a spinal adjustment.  I go regularly.
