And just FTR ~ I realize there are varying viewpoints on chiropractic care, but just adding my 2 cents' worth -- IMO, it would certainly be worth consulting one who SPECIALIZES in NUCCA!!!! .... and
just again me personally, I would stay away from the ones who offer spinal decompressions.  While I'm sure this method works for some, I did not have good success with it.  I did, however, have excellent success with a NUCCA chiropractor!
 
The initial visit (for full body Xrays) can be expensive, but some will allow you to finance the first visit.  After that, the regular visits should be affordable & certainly worth it if it helps.
 
You can Google info on NUCCA & find that it is a GENTLE, easy way to help relieve pressure on the spine as well as it helps a MULTITUDE of other physical ailments.  When you Google, maybe you can find a NUCCA DC in your area.
 
Who knows -- it may just help your sister!!   Will be praying.
