Greets Doves,Long time, yes all in all I've been well and so forth....
I do flyover every so often even though I have not posted in a couple of years. Today I noticed something regarding the report of a solar e on 29 March. So I did a little checking and discovered that none of the solar e's are a direct hit over Jerusalem through 2020. I deduce that since St John was viewing things in his revelation visions supernaturally, it follows that the 'total darkening' of the sun/moon must supernatural as well.
Keeping in mind that St John was viewing natural events supernaturally for which he had no language and the Greeks had a linguistic descriptions for events visible from earth, we should be cautious about ascribing a singular event with any significance. Also, we must keep in mind that scripture was written from Eratz Yisrael's point of view If we cannot pinpoint the central path of any solar/lunar event as being directly related from that point of view, we should again exercise caution.
It seems if we could peg an event in time with that methodology, we would already know when we will be called home. That method frustraits both the spirit and letter of the fig tree parable. Additionally, psycological studies of reward/punishment suggest that a workman works more diligently/consistantly when the reward's precise timing is unknown. Therefore; we can know the season, we can watch it draw night, we cannot know the day or hour.
No worries on the diligence front with this bunch. The Doves are nothing if not diligent.WBF
