I just received this e-mail from my brother on Karina.  Her mother is very appreciative for all the prayers for her.

Hi Paul--
 
Here's the latest on Karina.  Her fever is down but it took a massive dose of Prednisone via the drip method to do it.  Obviously, she is still in the hospital.  They still haven't determined what has made and is keeping her ill.  Yesterday, they brought in a gastroenterologist for his evaluation.
 
Karina's mother mentioned today that she wanted you to know that she is very appreciative of you and your group members' prayers for her daughter.
