Christians should live healthyI've done months of research on natural health and put it to practice. At age 67 my doctor says I'm in perfect health, and biologically even show signs of getting younger. Here are some main points of my findings:
Everyone says "eat till your full/ or satisfied."
That's a mistake. When one does that the stomach expands. Hence, one needs more each time to be full. After many years: -look at the big pot -at the weight. Eat modestly, small amounts once or twice a day; salads, fruit, and fish are fine. The body needs a large intake of water to work properly. That's good but better is drinking green tea. You get the water, and along with it all the health benefits. I take plain green tea all through the day. My immunity is high, I never get sick.
Originally food provided all needed nutrients and energy, but no more. After the Flood ! of Noah earth nutrients were washed into the ocean -and millennia of rains have finished the ruin. Plant life cannot provide nutrition if it's not in the ground. That's why longevity shortened after the Flood, and also why diseases appeared. So I take GreenFood (generic term for dry-powdered ocean grass products). Do online search for green food or superfood health products. All are good and give complete nutrient coverage of minerals, essential oils, fibre, energy and vitamins (except D). For me this is breakfast. Nutritionally I don't need food beyond that.
Stay away from fried foods, cooked-oil foods, soda drinks, and sugar and coffee.
There may be more, but this is 90% of it. One's body weight will totally stabilise.
