I've believed that the Rev. 17 beast is Islam for a long time now, but who are the 10 horns that give their power and authority to the beast (who "was" until 1924, then "was not" until now, but will be "is" when the Khalifate is restored any day now), then wage war against the Lamb and the harlot.
 
I think MJ Martin may have found them in the 2/28 post about restoring the Khalifate, with a 10 man council that will unite Muslims to fight against the infidels...
 
"The Khalifate system features a leader, known as a Khalif, who heads worldwide Islam. Assisted by a ten-man council, his decisions are totally binding on all Moslems. "
 
Some may want to go back to that post and re-read the report again.  These people must be taken seriously.
 
Rev. 17:12,13...The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but they receive authority as kings with the beast for one hour.  These have one purpose, and they give their power and authority to the beast.
