Evil - You Should Speak Out #326

also Adar 7, 5766 original calendarDo you speak out about evil? If you are a strong Christian, you do. Maybe you talk to other Christians about it (most church goers don’t even do this). Do you talk about evil to people you know who do it? WELLL - that would be too pushy - no too aggressive.
Once again, let’s learn what The Bible says and ignore our own belief. Maybe we have not learned enough. We were probably not taught enough - or anything at all - about speaking out about evil.
What if The Bible said if you warn an evil person who does not stop sinning, that person will die, but you will live (spiritually; Hell and Heaven; the real and final death or life). It makes sense. The Bible says so in Ezekiel 3:19.
What if The Bible said if you warn a good person to not sin (and they do not), that person will live and so will you (spiritually; Hell and Heaven; the real and final death or life). This is obvious. The Bible says so in Ezekiel 3:21.
What if The Bible said if you do not warn an evil person or even a good person about sin, that God whose name is YAHWEH will hold you responsible for their death (spiritually; Hell and Heaven; the real and final death or life). You are thinking, “Wow! Really?” Yes, The Bible says so in Ezekiel 3:18 and 20.
In verses in Ezekiel just before these, God tells us to pass on to them the warnings He gave us. Jeremiah 6:16-17 also talks about warning and the eternal path. So in Ezekiel we should warn them as in explain to them about their sin and in Jeremiah we should warn them boldly.
Let’s do it. Don’t be shy even though you will be rejected. Your job is not to change them. That is HOLY SPIRIT’s job. Your job is to tell them.
