Answer:

The richest place in the world is the graveyard!

Buried in it are gifts, talents, dreams, goals, ambitions and potential that were never used.

The riches could include great scientific discoveries, great songs, great books, the solutions to cancer and other diseases, and many, many other wonderful things.

Many of these riches are in the graveyard because the people who owned them lacked encouragement.  They just needed someone to give them an encouraging word, a simple but wonderful act.
