"Red Flags Re. the "22 Ports""

This is not to say that the Arab co. that would be taking over America's 22 ports isn't our allie.  And it is not to say that because of America's dependence on foreign oil, that Bush may not have to make some deals in the Middle East.

But here are the red flags that went up for me:

In 1979, Charles Taylor wrote a book called "World War III and the Destiny of America."
In it he lists 236 specific cities that would be nuclear target areas by Russia for the United States, based on military importance and high population.  (Page 46-49).

More than half of those "22 ports" are specifically named in his list.  They are:Wilmington, DELAWARE; Miami and Tampa, FLORIDA;  Lake Charles, New Orleans and Shreveport, LOUISIANA; Portland, MAINE; Baltimore, MARYLAND; Newark, NEW JERSEY; New York City, NEW YORK; Philadelphia, PENNSYLVANIA; Galveston, Houston, and Port Arthur, TEXAS; Newport News and Norfolk, VIRGINIA.
AND MY GUESS IS THAT THE OTHER PORTS ARE, AT LEAST, CLOSE TO CITIES ON THE LIST.

Dr. Taylor's source is "Prepare For Armageddon" (pp. 110-14), a listing of likely target cities in the United States compiled by Thomas Martin and Donald Latham in their exceptional work, "Strategy For Survival."
