The Al-Qaeda Threat To Washington, D.C.

27 March 2006: An anonymous source has informed the Northeast Intelligence Network of a possible terrorist threat to fairly specific locations within Washington, D.C. This threat originated with an anonymous caller to the Knoxville Tennesse Police Department approximately two weeks ago. The caller identified the weapons as rocket propelled grenades, how they entered the US and where they were to be fired. According to the Knoxville PD, the caller had a “middle eastern accent”. The FBI is investigating.
