You Will Love Again
 

You who have lost your first love
And your hearts are dim and cold
You who have sought and have not found
The solace for your soul
You who have never known love
Or the sweetness it can give
You who have fallen comatose
And forgotten how to live
To you, I speak the words of God
To you, I send the wind
To fan the flames that flickered low
To blaze up once again
Into your spirits so dry and dark
I send the Light of Life
I send the truth into your hearts
That's been sorrowed by the strife
Into your minds, I speak the freedom
That the blood of Christ has wrought
Into your souls I proclaim the victory
Of the war already fought
Into your shattered families
I speak restoration praise
Into your nights I rebuke fright
And speak joy into your days
I prophesy that the taunt of lies
Will grow silent and will cease
Into your weary, war torn hearts
I send the spirit of His peace
I speak tonight for the Lord I love
And who loves the souls of men
I know you think you are too numb to feel
But you will love again.
