FRANKFURT, Germany, March 1st, 2005 (AP Online via COMTEX) -- The dollar rose Tuesday against the euro as traders looked ahead toward testimony from U.S. Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan expected to support the U.S. currency.
