RE: "Deborah's Concern about Bush Prophecy"Actually, there are some Scriptures that some believe refer to President Bush No. 2. These are found in Daniel chapter 8 with regards to the "he - goat."
Gulf War No. 2:
Dan 8:5 behold, an he goat came from the west on the face of the whole earth, and touched not the ground:
(most "scholars" say this refers to Alexander the Great, but Alexander "touched the ground." President Bush No. 2 used the air and sea.)
Gabriel says that this will occur "at the time of the end."
Dan 8:17 So he came near where I stood: and when he came, I was afraid, and fell upon my face: but he said unto me, Understand, O son of man: for at the time of the end [shall be] the vision.
(Alexander the Great lived thousands of years before "the time of the end.")
Dan 8:21 And the rough goat [is] the king of Grecia: and the great horn that [is] between his eyes [is] the first king.
Dan 8:22 Now that being broken, whereas four stood up for it, four kingdoms shall stand up out of the nation, but not in his power.
Okay, I agree that President Bush No. 2 is not presently the king of Greece. But I ask you, under what spirit is he conquering? Remember that it says that the "goat" is the king of Grecia and the "horn" is the "first king." This is Gabriel talking, and who does Gabriel battle? Answer: principalities and powers, spiritual rulers over the nation's. What is the "spirit " of Grecia? Would you believe me if I told you its name is "Democracy!" And the "horn/first king" is President Bush No. 2 conquering ancient Babylon (fighting Meades and Persians --. The RAM of Islam) to establish the "spirit of Democracy" in the Middle East. That "horn/first king" is "broken" and replaced by "four kingdoms." Something like President Bush No. 2 being the "last President." Please read Daniel chapter 8 in its entirety with the revelation that this was not fulfilled centuries ago and may be occurring in our time. You might notice that the person many refer to as the "antichrist" comes out of one of those four kingdoms.
Shalom, John
