Dear friends:
 
This week, a reader, a Pastor Phil, in Mississippi, shared with me some amazing information about the rapture, being transported in the Spirit, and God’s healing power.  I was able to speak with him today to confirm and ask some questions.  Below is a summary:
 
THE RAPTURE. He wrote concerning an experience both he and his wife had simultaneously one night while lying in bed just before they turned out the lights: "In 1982 the Lord allowed my wife and I to experience, together, a rapture of sorts.  We were both wide awake and could see and feel the acceleration through the universe -- to the throne room in heaven. I knelt at His feet, while my wife observed me conversing with the Lord from a short distance away, although she couldn't hear our conversation. What the Lord shared with me about the 'rapture' I have never revealed, and will not, until He gives the OK. Rest assured, there will be a 'rapture' (the taking away) of the true believers before the unveiling of the anti-christ. How soon? And when?  You would scream 'hallelujah' if you knew how soon!"
 
In our telephone conversation today, Pastor Phil did not feel free to be more specific but he did say that the Lord did not reveal the specific day, month and year.  Based on his experience, he believes it to be extremely soon, and definitely within the next 2-3 years.  (I am hoping it will be sooner!)
 
TRANSPORTING IN THE SPIRIT.  In addition to the above trip to heaven, his wife, June, a dear saint, had another experience several years ago.  This one is like Philip in Acts 8:39-40.  While fully conscious, she suddenly found herself in Russia speaking to a general in the army.  She shared Christ with him.  Then she was transported back home. Several years later she was amazed to see this same Russian general giving the testimony of his salvation on TBN!
