God gave us a mind that can create good or evil. God has shared with us an ability to create by giving us a mind and an imagination. Having the ability to imagine godly things is a tool we have been given. The contrary is also true. Many times we use the imagination as an escape from what we perceive as dull or fulfilling. We can escape reality by moving into the realm of the imagination. A tool that could bring God glory can also ensnare us into a world of escapism. Some of the things or faults that trouble us the most can actually be turned into a strength. Knowing how to do that can bring us great freedom. We can actually take back what the enemy has stolen and perverted. The button of escape can become the button to bring us into the glory of God. This is why God tells us to change our minds, to strengthen ourselves in the inner man, to snap out of it. God is our encourager. We must choose to believe God and not our emotions. He really does want us to explore the he! avenlies now, here on earth. God is awesome. Lay your fantasies before God, lay them down. Allow him to take you places that you could never have imagined, even to fill you with his glory of his presence.
