Interesting point.  I have no doubt that God is behind the recent Gulf wars, as it has brought stability to the WILD and Explosive Middle east area.  Libya coughed up their weapons a month after the Iraq invasion was completed.....with no invasion of Libya.  With the U.S.'s military presence in the Middle east, everyone will think twice and three times before they start an invasion of Israel or any military invasion for that matter.  As a result, the U.S. has been a blessing to Israel. Alexander the Great and King Nebuchadnezzar accomplished what they did as a result of God's direction or leading upon them too.
