Will someone please explain  (in easy to understand!!  LAYMEN'S terms) the date of Passover for this year?
 
Naturally, our Gregorian calendar says April 23 and that's what I understand it to be.  Does the abib barley siting change the date of Passover?
 
And if so -- just curious as to how Passover could be in March -- when the New Moon has already passed.  Doesn't Passover have to coincide with a new moon?
