I noticed that the IRS Logo has a pair of scales on it,
which led me to think about the rider on the black horse.

Your dream struck me as very similar to one that I had
several years ago.
What I remember from the dream, was standing in a
council/court, first having to fill out all kinds of
Psychological forms/tests. At the trial, I was accused by a
woman who was familiar and trusted to me. Though I
never knew fully the identity of this woman, I have had
suspicions, which have led to nothing definitive. (Though I
had thought it my wife or a relative, these suspicions
were refuted by the Lord) The Identity still baffles me? At
any rate, when I was about to give my testimony to the
court, I awoke. It troubled me as well, that I could
not hear the defense I was about to give. As
the dream troubled me, I wrote it down, and began to
pray and read the Bible. The Lord led me IMMEDIATELY to
Luke 21:12ff.
12 But before all this
they will lay
their hands on you and persecute you,
delivering you up to the synagogues and prisons, and
you will be brought before kings and governors for
my name's sake. 13 This will be your
opportunity to bear witness. 14 Settle
it therefore in your minds not to meditate
beforehand how to answer, 15 for
I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which none of
your adversaries will be able to withstand or
contradict. 16 You will be
delivered up even by parents and brothers[c]
and relatives and friends, and some of you they will
put to death. 17 You will be hated
by all for my name's sake. 18 But
not a hair of your head will perish. 19 By
your endurance you will gain your lives.
Now mind you, at this time in my life, I
was wandering in the world. I barely read the Bible,
and my business was floundering in the poor economy
(which has been going on since 2006 or sooner here
in my state). My marriage was on the verge of
breaking, and we were fighting to keep our home.
Reading these words put my mind at ease, and
immediately I understood what is to be my
calling...My Lot in this life. I use "Lot" as per 2
Peter 1:1, and the word lagchanō (G2975). From
the date of this first dream, I have gotten nothing
but confirmation and elaboration on aspects of this
dream. Such as 2 Peter 1:1 above, and Revelation
12:11, and the letter to the church at Laodicea
(Rev. 3:14-22) which have a strong tie to this
event found in Luke 21. Ever since then, The Lord
has been preparing me for this moment, whenever it
may be, and whoever it will be that betrays me, and
whatever it is that I must say in that court? Trust
is key here. (I have never been into the Gematria
that you do, so that is yours on these verses above)
Now onto the here and now. Two days ago,
I was driving home from work, and rider on the black
horse came to mind. There was a definite urge to
look more in depth into this as there was a distinct
feeling that something was missing in my
understanding of this event. When I got home, I
searched these verses on strong's and immediately
two words stuck out to me. The first was G2218 zygos,
which is translated as scales or balances in
this verse (6:5). And G91, adikeō, which
is translated as "hurt/ harm" the oil and wine.
ZYGOS
This word is only translated as "scales
or balances" in this verse. Everywhere else it is
translated as "Yoke", as in "My Yoke is easy" (Matt.
11:30) Of the definitions in strongs for this word,
is the following:
"2) of
troublesome laws imposed on one, esp. of the Mosaic
law, hence the name is so transferred to the
commands of Christ as to contrast them with the
commands of the Pharisees which were a veritable
'yoke'; yet even Christ's commands must be submitted
to, though easier to be kept"
ADIKEO
This word led me to Matthew 20:13, and
the parable of the Laborers in the vineyard. (http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Matthew+20&version=ESV)
13 But he
replied to one of them, ‘Friend, I am doing
you no wrong. Did you not
agree with me for a denarius?
Now lets look again at
the rider on the black horse, Revelation 6:5-6.
I will place words in brackets as to where this
is heading:
When
he opened the third seal, I heard the third living
creature say, “Come!” And I looked, and behold, a
black horse! And its rider had a pair of scales [YOKE or BURDEN OF
LAW] in his hand. 6 And
I heard what seemed to be a voice in the midst
of the four living creatures, saying, “A quart[a]
of wheat for a denarius,[b]
and three quarts of barley for a denarius,
and do not harm [DO NO WRONG TO] the
oil and wine!”
I understand
that this has been traditionally understood as
dealing with famine, as in food shortages and
hyperinflation. But what if this is a metaphor for
spiritual famine. A failure on the part of the
church to fully comprehend God's mercy as per the
parable of the laborers in the vineyard. The Oil
and wine, being symbolic of those eleventh hour
workers, Repentent Israel (Oil, as in Purified
temple Oil and Channukkah), and those who turn to
Jesus in these final days (Wine, as in new wine).
And then take this into account as well: "So the
last will be first, and the first last.” (Matt.
20:16)

What
if.....The rider on the black Horse is the
IRS? They enforce the Law to buy or sell. They
hold the scales. They are the LAW ENFORCEMENT
AGENCY. They will set up heavy burdens, and
Yokes to abide by. They will set up courts and
measure our sanity for choosing not to
abide by their Laws. We will be brought before
them to testify in our defense. Many will be
turned into them by family members, and
relatives. Do we trust in the LORD? He says we
are not to think before hand what to say; But
it says nothing of HIM preparing us by
his grace and the sanctifying work of the Holy
Spirit. Preparing us to trust HIM and to
allow HIM to do HIS work THROUGH us.
What is HIS work? The redemption of
Israel....(making the blind
see). conquering Satan by our
testimony. Proclaiming the Gospel to
every nation tribe language and people.
Ensuring that the "Gematria" of fifth seal
saints be completed, Thus ushering in the "Day
of the Lord". Those who are called Last, shall
be the first, and the first...those who
labored all day...shall be last....The very
Last are the final two witnesses.
RENDER UNTO CEASAR THAT
WHICH IS THEIRS!!
