"Wake Up Your Children 5:08"

John and Doves,

I didn't write down the date that this happened but, recently, as I was waking up one morning, I heard the words "Wake up your children".  I raised up, looked at the clock and it was 5:08 am.  That is not my usual time for waking up in the morning.  I don't know of anything else that would have caused me to wake up, except for the words that I heard.  Then, later that day, I walked into the kitchen to start dinner and again, the time on the stove was 5:08 pm.

I have three impressions of the phrase "Wake up your children".  The 1st is for me to wake up my children to the very near rapture.  I don't take this to mean my literal children only, but also, anyone that I can possibly lead to Christ.  The 2nd is to tell others to "wake up their children".  The 3rd is God telling Jesus to "wake up his children" but, I have to say that the first 2 impressions were the strongest and the 3rd was more of a thought that came several days later.

The 3rd impression makes me think of the parable of the ten virgins.

Matthew 25
5 While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.
6 And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.

I looked at the Hebrew date on this and the 5th month is Av.  The 8th of Av, in my time zone, could be the 9th of Av (Tisha B'Av) in Israel, a very significant and sad day in Jewish history.  The 9th of Av is a date associated with destruction.  The 8th/9th of Av will be the 27th/28th of July in 2012.  This year, Tisha B'Av falls on the Sabbath, so it will not be observed until the 10th of Av.  Considering the situation in Syria, I feel that the 8th/9th of Av could be a possible date to fulfill the Isaiah 17 prophecy.

Isaiah 17
1 The burden of Damascus. Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap.
2 The cities of Aroer are forsaken: they shall be for flocks, which shall lie down, and none shall make them afraid.
3 The fortress also shall cease from Ephraim, and the kingdom from Damascus, and the remnant of Syria: they shall be as the glory of the children of Israel, saith the LORD of hosts.
4 And in that day it shall come to pass, that  the glory of Jacob shall be made thin, and the fatness of his flesh shall wax lean.

14 And behold at eveningtide trouble; and  before the morning he is not. This is the portion of them that spoil us, and the lot of them that rob us.

Regarding the Isaiah 17 prophecy, not only will Damascus be destroyed but, "The fortress also shall cease from Ephraim".  There is the area, once called Ephraim, that lies north of Jerusalem, and also a city that was called Ephraim.  The city was on a high hill (fortress) overlooking the plains of Jericho and the Dead Sea.  The city of Ephraim was located in what is now the central West Bank area and controlled by Palestinians.  According to verses 4 and 14, Israel will also suffer loss.

Revelation 5:8
And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.

After Rev. 5, Revelation 6 begins with the opening of the 7 seals.

I've heard Charity's "5, 6, 7, Jesus" experience mentioned frequently, and since it has spoken to many here, I thought I should mention it.
