2 Thessalonians 2:7
"For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth (restrains/hinders) will let (restrain/hinder), until he be taken out of the way."

the identity of this "restrainer" is a topic debated frequently.

the in-text greek value of this word "letteth" or "Restrain/hinder" value is

Due to the presence of this 1776 number, I theorize that the USA may in fact be restraining the AC now (during the End Times) due to it's presence in the world, financially, politically, militarily etc....

.... and when (if) the USA is "taken out of the way" (destroyed, neutralized, judged) then the AC can (maybe) be revealed, however that happens, as the financial, political, military profile of the earth changes drastically.

the total verse gematria of this verse = 7700.

There are two verses in the Bible that have that 7700 total verse value and they are both in the two letters to the Thessalonians, which I think is significant, as end times issues are a major theme in these letters.

I have theorized before that this bright light over Damascus at the end of the age (our age) might be Isaiah 17:1 in process. The destruction of the city. The gentile age ends, (as Paul was the Apostle to the Gentiles, converted on his way to Damascus), and the fulness of the gentiles "comes in". Romans 11:25

it is then not unreasonable to follow this up with the concept that both the USA (the capitol of the Gentiles) and Damascus are destroyed at the Catching Away. That would add items to my list of events that happen then:

Fullness of the Gentiles comes in
Resurrection of the dead (saints)
Catching away of the living (saints)
Damascus destroyed
USA destroyed
