All, I did a quick chart of some of the prophecies that Dr. Owuor has prophesied and that have been fulfilled.   I know there are more, but I have not watched all his videos.   If anyone wants to expand upon this spreadsheet, please feel free.    Now I have watched the first part of his video and then tried to look up on Wiki for the correct information.   This information is a draft.   Please feel free to correct any data or add any additional prophecies and fulfillment's.  

What I find interesting is that as the years go on, it seems the faster the prophecy is fulfilled.   Notice that his prophecies given in 2011 have been fulfilled in 60 days or less.   Notice his prophecies in 2010 fulfilled in 4 - 6 months.   His prophecies in 2009 fulfilled in  18 months or less. 

This is why I believe that when he gave the rapture warning, he was not joking around.
