Myra,   What I believe is that Dr. David Owuor knows what revival or conference meeting the rapture will take place.   But I believe he does not know which day or hour of the meeting because sometimes when a revival or conference is going on the worship can get so intense, that by the time he calls the ushers to sit down, there could have been an extra hour or two of them assisting people or worshiping themselves.

I believe that Dr. Owuor's office staff have no clue which revival or conference meeting the rapture will take place because he won't tell them.  If he did, they may get lazy with their holiness.   So I believe they are still being faithful for planning into the near future just in case through 2012.   I wonder if this is due to the fact that 2013 is probably the beginning of when the mark will be introduced.  

All I know is that a woman told me at the beginning of 2009 that the Lord came to her and told her that He is coming for His bride in 4 years or less.   I am hoping it is 2011.   I do not want to be here in 2012.
