"To Julie"
Julie, I read your letter to Shirley and I was quite
upset. I understand you are going to court for eviction and
it is too bad that you could not have brought a case against the brother
that owes you money for payroll damages and try to get the same
judge....and then write a letter to the judge explaining the entire
problem and hand it to the bailiff during the case, referencing the
other case in payroll wages owed and ask for the eviction to be
dissolved.....with the "boss" brother in the court room with the judge
making him shell out the money to the landlord to stop the
eviction. Then the other brother can make payments to you on
back payroll wages, and then you can possibly take out a small bridge
loan based on your new job and refinance your car (where the payments
would start in another month) and maybe that would help?
I also hope that you have referenced in a spreadsheet with copies of
your bank statements all the payments to this landlord for the history
of your stay there....and prove to the judge that this person has their
back pay amount incorrect.
