The Israeli Defense Forces are making preparations now as how to deal with a Palestinian State, should that become a fact in September when the UN takes a vote. Will the IDF officers need visas to arrest suspected terrorists in the West Bank ?

The IDF also have a plan called "Migdal Oz" to deploy crowd control techniques such as "Scream ". 

Truly, this is becoming a time of Jacob's Trouble.....
