Dear Doves,
 
I think God might choose the 'Day of Atonement/Yom Kippur' as the DAY to begin the '70th Week of Daniel', and here is why:
 
Daniel 9:24
"'Seventy sevens' are decreed for your people and your holy city to finish transgression, to put an end to sin, TO ATONE for wickedness, to bring everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy, and TO ANOINT THE MOST HOLY."
 
The Hebrew people have not done this for 'seven sevens' and 'sixty-two sevens' leaving only 'one seven' left. The 'Day of Atonement/Yom Kippur' is the highest holy day in the 'Hebrew Spiritual Year', and it is dedicated to reconciliation with God by atoning for sin and repentance. It is the day to afflict one's soul, humble one's self, and the 'last chance' to get right with God during the liturgical year. But over the past two thousand years the Hebrew people have not accepted Jesus Christ SO THEY HAVE NOT ANOINTED THE MOST HOLY.
 
Therefore, if the '70th Week of Daniel' begins this coming 'Day of Atonement/Yom Kippur' October 8, 2011 -- 1,260 days later will fall on March 20, 2015 which is the day of the TOTAL SOLAR ECLIPSE and the Spring Equinox 2015. Also at sunset March 20, 2015 begins Nisan 1, 2015  which is the day of a New Moon, a Sabbath and the first-day of the Hebrew Spiritual Year. If this is the day that the 'abomination is set up' in the temple it will also be DAY #1 of the 'great tribulation' which is the last-half ( 3 1/2 years)  of the '70th Week of Daniel' that would end 1,290 days later on October 1, 2018 which is the '8th day' Sabbath and 'Last Great Day' of the Feast of Tabernacles and the 'last day' of the Hebrew Spiritual Year. This would be a 'fitting day' for the last-day of the '70th Week of Daniel'.
