I agree with you Richard.  If John Kilpatrick's vision is an urgent message for the body of Christ that will begin to unfold this summer (not far away), then I do not believe the message should be "for sale".  A friend of mine forwarded the interview to me.  I believe his warnings are true, but I expressed my concerns about the money to my friend as well.
