This could be a variation on the Germanic symbol for the Norse god Odin.  The Valknot (triple triangle) represents the triple nature of the heathen god and represents the wearers bond to Odin.  In my opinion it is also an open mockery of the trinity of our Lord.  I’ll pray for Luis.
