What I've found out is that true Pentecost must be calculated by the true
sabbaths or lunar sabbaths as they were originally before Roman intervention.
For 2009 the true date of Pentecost as given by the moon for "signs and seasons"
is June 2nd. This is a Tuesday, which is a popular ancient Jewish "bride
abduction" night.
The Shulamite woman of Song of Solomon is taken away for her wedding
when:
THE SHULAMITE 8 The voice of my beloved! Behold, he comes Leaping
upon the mountains, Skipping upon the hills. 9 My beloved is like a
gazelle or a young stag. Behold, he stands behind our wall; He is looking
through the windows, Gazing through the lattice. 10 My beloved spoke,
and said to me: "Rise up, my love, my fair one, And come away.
11 For lo, the winter is past, The rain is over [and] gone. 12 The flowers
appear on the earth; The time of singing has come, And the voice of the
turtledove Is heard in our land. 13 The fig tree puts forth her green figs,
And the vines [with] the tender grapes Give a good smell. Rise up, my love, my
fair one, And come away! 14 "O my dove, in the clefts
of the rock, In the secret [places] of the cliff, Let me see your face, Let me
hear your voice; For your voice [is] sweet, And your face [is] lovely."
According to search results on Google, in Israel:
rain ends: April/May
flowers appear: spring
turtledoves are present: spring to early summer
fig trees produce green figs: first harvest in June
grape vines bloom: early June - still spring
Cosensus: Spring! Spring ends and summer begins on the Summer Solstice -
this year on June 21st.
Here are my thoughts:
1. All of the scriptural evidence points to a Spring rapture of the
bride.
2. Perhaps it will happen on true Pentecost
3. If it doesn't happen on a feast day, perhaps it's because the feasts are
observed by Jews and the church is mostly Gentile.
4. Current events are lined up with biblical prophecy and it would take
divine intervention to keep it put off until next year.
5. God's word will not return to Him void, and God said it will be
spring!
Let the Spirit and the Bride say "Come!"
