return 666 hits. I later found the link I was looking for.

As glass was flying during one of the worst storms in recent
Tulsa history, and as metal was twisting, and as trees you couldn't reach
halfway around were falling on houses, and as a limb was propelled
pointed-end-first through the roof of a house, and as live power lines danced
on the wet intersections, no siren had been sounded.
No indication of danger had been seen on weather radar.
No warning to take cover had been issued.
No spotters were in the neighborhood, not that they could
have seen past their hood ornaments.
The storm was so violent that my dogs began behaving
beautifully.
People living around here have had some fairly good-natured
fun with television meteorologists and their ways and means.
