Friday, June 22nd, was the anniversary of the invasion of the Soviet Union by
Nazi Germany.
This photo was taken by Nazi officer during the execution of Ukranian Jews in
the suburbs of Vinnitsa. My father was from Vinnitsa. He came to America in
1923.
He often said that the Jews of Vinnitsa not killed by the Nazis were murdered
by Stalin.
On the back of the photo this Nazi wrote:
"This is the last Jew of Vinnitsa",
