Thanks for trying to help but I’m afraid some of your facts are off.  As far as I know Rome has never retracted the pronouncements from the Council of Trent.  If I remember correctly it says that all those who deny that Jesus is fully present, soul, divinity, etc in the wafer let him be anathama. (paraphrased).  It is not “merely a remembrance of the sacrifice Jesus paid on the cross.”  It is called transubstantiation.
