I just got hit by a mote in my own eye the other day when I realized how our culture (or at least some in the culture) is trying to demonize Mexican immigrants. I had frequently talked about Adaminajad in comparisons to Hitler before WWII but missed what is going on in our own country.

Unfortunately to many in our nation, our Hispanic immigrants have become what the Jews and Gypsy's were to the Nazi's in pre-WWII Germany. They are a "scapegoat" for all our problems. We are all strangers in this land. They are our brothers and sisters as much as the guy who lives next door is. God is very clear on how we are to treat strangers.
