"Bad news for Britain"
Dear friends:
If it is true as the Bible says that God will bless those
who bless Israel and curse those who curse Israel, it is not good news
for Britain.
“British unions and social groups continue to declare
new boycotts of the Jewish state,” declares IsraelNationalNews.com.
“The University and College Union (UCU), a merger between the Association
of University Teachers and the University and College Lecturers' Union,
voted Wednesday 158 to 99 for "a comprehensive and consistent boycott"
of all Israeli academic institutions in response to Israel's "40-year occupation"
of Judea and Samaria.”
This attitude is probably influenced by the increasingly
large Muslim population in Britain. From just one Muslim country
alone, Pakistan, “there are now more than 2 million who now live permanently
in Britain. They vote Labour, and have reportedly elected an anti-Semitic
mayor of London,” says American Thinker.
All of Europe is in the same boat. And America
is not off the hook because of pressure against Israel to give up their
covenant land. All the West is guilty before God. Probably
the only thing preventing the judgment from fully falling on America so
far is our resolve to defend Israel, and that could suddenly evaporate
under threat and blackmail of Muslim nuclear terrorism.
But thank God most of America’s illegal immigrants are
not Muslims but are Mexicans, most of whom recognize the God of the Bible
from their Roman Catholic background, even if their understanding is lacking.
This may eventually have a more positive influence on our culture than
we realize, such as on the abortion question.
