In Revelation 11:8 Jerusalem is termed as " Sodom and Egypt".

We already have seen how Jerusalem is as Sodom with the first ever gay parade this year. It will be held again next year and probably thereafter until Our Lord returns. The only people the police arrested were Orthodox Jews who protested. .... how sad, rather than gay.

What would make Jerusalem termed " Egypt" ? Idolatry ? Perhaps.
We do watch whenever Egypt has anything to do with Israel.

Unfortunately Benjamin Netanyahu wants to bring Egyptian forces into Israel to "protect" Gaza and he also wants to bring Jordanian forces to "protect" Yesha. Utter folly ...

"When you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh", it says in Matthew 24.
Will the Egyptian forces eventually bring in the European ( Western Alliance ) forces that eventually wind up at the Temple Mount  ( the Abomination of desolation forces ) ? That might be when Jerusalem is as Egypt.
Only Time will tell.
