Thank you Kay for those two posts on aluminum. They sure make you think before you drink any soda pop, or make a cake from a cake mix.

We are fortunate that whenever we shop at Trader Joes Market, we can purchase a Baking Powder that is
aluminum-free called "  RUMFORD ".

And we will watch for the word "aluminum" when reading the label of ingredients for products.
