Thank you for letting us know of the background to the situation in Sri Lanka. You truly are in a "kingdom against kingdom" situation. We continue to pray daily for the peace of Sri Lanka.

As you know, it says in the Bible that our battle is not with flesh and blood, but against "powers and principalities and wickedness in high places and the rulers of the darkness of this world"

How correct you are when you mentioned that the battle is Spiritual, there in this  "Pearl of the Ocean" Island ....
"Anti-Conversion Laws and with strict penalty for those who try to convert people to Christianity.  Christians are being persecuted and the Govt is turning a blind eye to this matter. So there is not much freedom for the people to turn to the Truth.  Only the Lord can touch their hearts and open a way for the people to come to the Light. "

 In these Last Days it seems that in every nation, the cults are thriving, and that Christianity is being put down.
Christians are being persecuted just for being what we are, and for nothing else.
But the day of the persecutor is short ... the Day of our Lord and His kingdom is everlasting.

It is hard to endure suffering in the midst of a nation controlled by demonic forces. One can only call on the Lord and be helped while in the midst of tribulations. God does hear and He does answer our prayers.
Our patience will be tested, and God honors our faithfulness to Him during times of trials.

"What a friend we have in Jesus; all our thoughts and griefs to bear.
What a privilege to carry everything to God in prayer."

He will bring peace to your heart, if not to the nation while they are rejecting Truth.
