The Uniqueness and Beauty of 7/7/7 (July 7, 2007)
Dear Fivedoves,
there have been already many letters at Fivedoves about the 7/7/7 subject.
It seems 7/7/7 is really a fascinating date and even more...
Also the “world” is sensing a exceptional date... “a one-off”...
E.g. on that weekend-date there will be above-average weddings...
...or e.g. a businessman launched a project named “New Seven Wonders of the World” ...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_Seven_Wonders_of_the_World
http://www.new7wonders.com/index.php
...and so on...
On the other hand some say, this is a day like other days... or every hundred years there will be such a day...
I like to emphasize this coming 7/7/7 (July 7, 2007) is really a precious “one-off”...
7/7/7 = July 7, 2007
In these modern times we accustom to write or say something in a way other generations surely would not understand. When we for instance they “nine/eleven” = 9/11 we all know and mean the eleventh day of September (the ninths month) and we remember the tragedy which happened on that day in 2001.
However e.g. in German language we are saying first the day / second the month 9/11 in German is 11.9.
Well with 7/7/7 we have no problems: everything is clear:
Years = seven, Months = seven, Days = seven ...“forward” or “backwards”.
Year = (two thousand)seven / Month (July) = seven / Day (seventh; Sabbath) = seven
However it is a “relative” 7/7/7 namely basing on our “Gregorian” calendar.....
By the way I like to write in this way 7/7/7 ... as I just really realized that on my computer keypad the 7 and the / are on the same button... J
The Seven(th)
Surely we all sense and know some about the significance of “seven” in the Scripture.
Amazing the first three Seven(th) in Genesis 2 (Verses 2 and 3):
2: And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
3: And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
Remember also Exodus 20, verse 11:
“For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.”
The Uniqueness of 7/7/7 (July 7, 2007)
1) Of course every hundred years there is (was) a seventh year (07) e.g. 1907, 1807, 2107 (?)...
But: this coming date is the very first of a new millennium ... ...a 007... (the last was in 1007) ... the next (???) in 3007...
2) This 7/7/7 will be on a Saturday, which is the Sabbath Day, the seventh day of a week ! (see above)
3) On the http://www.nr.com/julian.html website there is a Julian Day and Civil Date Calculator:
(For “Julian Day” or “Julian Date” please go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Julian_Day
- by the way this is really something the name “Julian”: ‘This "Julian" refers to Julius Caesar, who introduced the Julian calendar in 46 BC.... July was renamed for Julius Caesar, who was born in that month....’ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/July )
Julian Day and Civil Date Calculator
July 7, 2007 is a Saturday (whose Julian Day Number is 2,454,289)
July 7, 1907 is a Sunday
July 7, 1807 is a Tuesday
July 7, 1707 is a Thursday
July 7, 1607 is a Saturday
July 7, 1007 is a Monday
July 7, 0007 is a Thursday
July 7, 2107 is a Thursday
July 7, 2207 is a Tuesday
July 7, 3007 is a Tuesday
Therefore July 7, 2007 ... a 7/7/7 on a Sabbath Day (seventh day of the week)
...is absolute unique: never before and never again! (at least on our Gregorian calendar...)
Absolute Unique is also the Julian Day Number (see above) which is 2,454,289:
According to this website http://www.bigprimes.net/cruncher.php?number=2454289
2,454,289 is a prime number and
according to this http://www.bigprimes.net/archive/prime.php?num=179982
2,454,289 is the 179,982nd prime number
179,982 = 2*(9999*9) or 1111*2*3*3*3*3 or 2*3*3*3*3*11*101
The Uniqueness and Beauty of 7/7/7 (July 7, 2007)
As mentioned: The above “calculations” are basing on “our” “Gregorian Calendar” and using “Julian Day” numbers.
However, the fact that this day 7/7/7 is on a Sabbath Day is like a “bridge” to a spiritual and “absolute” realm...
Remember:
“For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.”
We know also that “one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day” (2 Peter 3, 8)
and remember the “two days” of Hosea 6, 2 : “After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.”
Again 7/7/7 says: 7th day of the 7th month seven years after the year 2000, or the seventh year in the third millennium... according to “our” Gregorian calendar.
The “only” (but precious) “thing” we have common with the Jewish calendar is the “Sabbath” Day.
Well, let us now please make this “calculation” and let us take “prophetic” years (1 year = 360 days) and “prophetic” months (1 month = 30 days):
Years = seven, Months = seven, Days = seven : (Now so to speak some kind of an “absolute 7/7/7”)
Years: 7*360 = 2520 days
Months: 7*30 = 210 days
plus 7 days
-------------------------------
total 2737 days (by the way today, June 30, 2007 minus 2737 days was January 1, of the year 2000 !!...)
Now, 2737 days divided by 7: we get 391 weeks (or 391 Seventh ...or 391 Sabbaths).
As I did not know the significance/meaning of the number “391” I searched and was totally surprised and deeply moved:
