"A Grandson's Word"

I read this on RR BB on Sunday and was blown away. I emailed Kathy and asked if it was OK to copy and post it here on Five Doves. She said yes so here it is. I've also included her email to me.

Not sure what to make of my grandson
Mods, please move as appropriate. Thanks.

Several nights ago my grandson, 4 years old, and I were laying in bed getting ready to fall asleep. (He sleeps in our bed til he falls asleep and is then moved to his own bed) We usually pray but he insists that I talk and he just chimes in as he feels like it. Well, anyway, we were in bed and he rolled over on his back and said "lets pray". I started and he jumped in and said, "no. I do it this time" He then proceed to point out where G-d was standing in the room. He would appear to be listening to someone I sure couldn't see or hear , and then ask that everyone (and he listed everyone in our family inc the distant relatives and friends, and ask to be kept safe. Then he looked at me and said "Jesus is coming soon, like thunder, loud (swoosh sounds and arm gestures), like thunder in the movie Cars" "He is coming NaNa, we have to get everyone ready, it's going be fast" I ask him 'how soon' and he just shrugged and told me "when Jesus is ready; I don't know when, but we've got to get ready." He appeared to listen to something again for about a minute. He then took 2 fingers and blew a kiss to where he believes G-d was standing and "bye, see ya soon" We do say grace before meals, and he knows a few Sunday school type songs, but his mother doesn't take him to church at all. I don't believe he can read the posts on RR, so this just knocked my socks off. I hope you'll all meet him at the banquet supper. Feedback? Any others have a similar experience?

Hi Brad,

Of course you may share this with anyone you'd like. I have been amazed at the power this has had in my workplace. I try to share the gospel and try to relieve anxieties about world events as G-d has ordained it. People usually blow me off and some even threaten to committ me (I work in a psych hospital). Most know that John is "unchurched", I hate that term but anyway; they know there is no way he could have overheard or made that up. That has gotten the attention and planted a seed with some of my co-workers. Praise G-d!

Since that time, John has also told his day care teacher that he talked directly with G-d and Jesus will be here soon.

Hope to meet you at the banquet. (I'll probably be near the coffee and chocolate) LOL>

G-d bless and keep you.
