I will attempt to answer the questions that John presented on his 6-12
posting.

Revelation 7: 9 - 15 describes those who believe in Christ after the
Tribulation Period begins, who will be martyred for their faith, and
will eventually be taken to heaven to sit around the throne with the
elders, or those who were taken prior to the Tribulation Period in the
Rapture, as described in Revelation 4.  Revelation 20:  4, refers  to
those who were martyred who will reign with Christ for 1000 years, along
with those who were raptured prior to the Tribulation Period, both the
living and the dead, and who will return with Christ at the end of the
Tribulation Period.  Revelation 20: 5, refers to the dead unbelievers
who will not be resurrected until the end of the 1000 years, when they
will appear at the Great White Throne Judgment.
