I can't thank you enough for all the prayers sent up on my behalf yesterday!!!  I want you to know that as of Day 3, my withdrawals were GONE!!!  I had decided to use Commit Lozenges (YHWH's gift to smoking mankind!!!) to stave off the cravings.  When using 4 mg tablets, it is allowable for a person to use one lozenge (it takes almost an hour for one to dissolve in your mouth) every 1-2 hours.  I began the first full day of no smoking with one lozenge every 2 hours, but by Day 3, I had upped the waiting time to one lozenge every 3 hours already!  At the rate the Lord has blessed my efforts to please Him, each day's intervals between lozenges will increase until I don't even need THEM anymore!  If you know ANYONE who wants to quit smoking, send them to my "Dream" page!!!
